This position will have the responsibility of completing concrete and other “hardscape” projects from small to large. This includes stained and/or stamped concrete work. Required: 3 years concrete experience. Not required (but encouraged): Experience with retaining walls, seat walls, outdoor kitchens, outdoor fireplaces & fire pits, and pergolas. Projects are generally located in the Owensboro/Daviess County area however, projects will also be within a one-hour driving radius of Owensboro. Project types include both residential and commercial. Applicants must be willing to live in, or commute to, the Owensboro, KY area.

Responsibilities include the following:
- Sustained project profitability

- Attention & care of trucks & equipment
- Minimize morning downtime (time at shop) by taking all steps necessary to quickly get to the job-site each morning with everything needed for the day.
- Complete all paperwork necessary to properly bill and account for time.
- Properly communicate to the designers any issues with crew members, project details, or customers so corrective measures can be quickly taken
- Make continual progress in operational efficiencies and crew training
