IHOP Dish Machine Operators and bussers are called Combos here. They are responsible for cleaning and maintaining dishware/utensils for the continued smooth operation of the restaurant. IHOP DMOs will also perform assigned sanitation, bussing and cleaning tasks. This position requires you to stand for up to multiple hours during a shift.
