As our Electrician you will be providing support to the physical infrastructure for the entire Owensboro facility! It’s a position where responsibility includes; troubleshooting, diagnosing, electrical schematics, supporting our manufacturing environment and exposure to evolving technology -- and you can do it all while wearing jeans!!

Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues
• Five (5) years of experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical equipment, industrial equipment or machinery, or comparable experience with Associate's or Trade School Degree
• Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• 230V/480V 3 Phase knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and temperature and pressure gauges
• Advanced mechanical aptitude
• Understand mathematics and intermediate level algebra
• Understands microprocessor hardware and software configurations and able to perform basic analog and digital circuit design.
• Ability to read/write wiring diagrams, schematics and blueprints and analytical diagnosis of problems
• Understanding of microprocessor hardware and software configurations and be able to perform basic analog and digital circuit design.
• Ability to program Programmable Logic Controllers using basic and ladder logic
• Ability to sit, stand/walk, bend at waist, squat at knees, crawl/kneel, climb stairs, reach from torso, reach over shoulders, grasp, push/pull, carry and lift/lower
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• Associates Degree in Electronics Technology
• Four (4) years apprenticeship training or equivalent electrical trade school
