MORTGAGE FILE CLERK/DATA ENTRYIST Robert Half is seeking people with high-speed internet and basic computer skills for a work-from-home job opportunity. Candidates will be chosen for the position by resume only (no interview). Candidates MUST live within commuting distance to Owensboro, KY for training purposes. Job: Mortgage File Clerk (data entry) Job Type: Temp assignment, approximately 4-5 months. Start date around July 27, 2020. Worksite: Remote during COVID. Slim possibility of moving on-site to: 4801 FREDERICA ST, OWENSBORO, Kentucky, DAVIESS, [ Phone number blocked ] , United States Hours: M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm Pay Rate: $12.50 hr Job Requirements PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Reviews closed, purchased, and funded loan files • Will be responsible for preparing deficiency notices and obtaining any missing documentation needed to complete a loan file. • Responsibilities may also include: monitoring timely receipt of documentation on cleared escrows, reviewing imaged documents from loan files per checklist, and analyzing/preparing deficiency notices. REQUIREMENTS: • Familiarity with computers and accurate data entry skills required. • Ideal candidates will be: detail-oriented, possess the ability to work independently and meet deadlines, have basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), ability and willingness to follow directions, and ability to speak up and ask for assistance when needed • Candidates must have unlimited internet to work from home If interested, please email your resume to [ Link Removed ] .
