Job Description
An experienced Landscape Designer Firm in the [Denver] market is looking to add to their growing team of management personnel to provide the highest level of quality construction services. Projects include high-end residential and landscape with self-performing components. They desire a knowledgeable professional to plan and supervise a diverse mix of landscape projects from start to finish.
Job Responsibilities Include :
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and within the scope
• Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Client follow-up and retention
Skills and Requirements:
• BS/BA in Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction
• Knowledge of all phases of the building construction process including pre-construction through closeout
• Excellent time management skills
• Extensive experience in cost controls
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
