Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00am-3:00pm

Key Accountability Areas:
• Drive results each quarter that improves the clients over business initiatives - measure with quarterly business reviews
• Establish contacts at all levels to ensure expectations are being met and to develop a strong web of influence
• Oversee the employee hiring process to ensure we are meeting company guidelines and hiring goals
• Assist the Branch Manager with feedback on Onsite employee’s performance to ensure they are in line with the Onsite and Company goals
• Walk the site floor daily to enhance relationships with other client managers and the employees that we have placed
• Coach, Council and provide disciplinary feedback/action to employees when necessary to drive results
