Responsibilities
- Gathering, sorting, and prioritizing data for computer entry
- Ensuring data entry meets requirements by adhering to program techniques and procedures
- Detecting flaws in data while processing customer and account source documents
- Adhering to policies and procedures when performing operations; reporting needed revisions
- Providing support for data entry and additional administrative tasks
- Performing special projects as assigned
- Working with and maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information - High school diploma or equivalent obtained
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
- 1+ years of applicable experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
- Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight
- Comprehensive knowledge of data entry
- Knowledge of filing
- Strong familiarity with Document Review
- Fulfill a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy $11.5-$12 per Hourly Employment Type: Temporary
