Seeking applicants for a full-time position. Responsibilities include performing in-home case management/service advisor services for Medicaid programs that provide services for the aging and disabled populations. The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field or Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing with current Kentucky nursing license. Ability to speak Spanish is beneficial. Reliable transportation required.
