Frank’s Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is looking for a skilled Remodeler and/or Carpenter with experience in all aspects of residential remodeling. Attention to detail, quality finish work and a passion for customer service are essential to this position. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for the cleanliness, quality, and on time completion of job. An ideal candidate for this position will be someone who can understand the full view of a project, and use the resources necessary to execute and ensure a timely completion. Occasional overtime may be required.
Position Summary: **This is a labor intensive position that would involve: Tear out and demo of bathrooms and kitchens, custom tile setting, installing tub and/or shower units and shower doors, assembly and installation of cabinetry, trim installation, painting, drywall installation and repair, installation of appliances, minor electrical, minor plumbing, and/or other skills needed to complete a bath or kitchen remodel. It is a requirement that applicant has some direct experience specifically in bath and/or kitchen remodeling.

Required Skills**
• 3+ Years Experience
• Valid drivers license and insurable driving record

• Custom Tile (Specifically custom showers)
• Drywall
• Basic HVAC / Elec / Plumbing (Knowledge of Building Codes)
• Knowledge of Underlayment.
• Flooring Install of all types
• Custom Cabinet Installation
• Trim (base-case-crown) Install
