Serv-U-Success is a retail merchandising services company working with one of the top retailers in the Midwest. We offer flexible scheduling and a team work environment. We are currently seeking experienced retail merchandisers with proven retail success and the ability to work both individually and as a team for 1st Shift Merchandising positions.

This position is the primary merchandising resource in store and responsible for high volume product merchandising. This includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, stocking and rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating product in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor. This position interacts with personnel at the store location and may also participate in service projects of varying size and complexity.
What will I be doing?
• Merchandising, stocking, and maintaining product displays (Both grocery and hardlines)
• Resetting and building displays with the use of planograms and other instructional materials
• Rotating date sensitive product on the shelf and in the backroom
• Transporting product between the sales floor and the backroom
• Safely and properly using store equipment
• Using electronic devices for communication, work instructions, and other reporting activities
• Building relationships with teammates, store personnel, and customers

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a service industry a plus
