Keller Schroeder, an information technology firm in Evansville, IN is seeking a Business Analyst to assist our direct client in Owensboro, KY through July 2021.  This position will be working with areas of finance, supply chain, and Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM).
Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively in an Agile environment, where you will work directly with business area leaders to communicate requirements to technical team
• Assist with data conversion activities (mapping, ability to query data using SQL server)
• Use of web service technologies, interface design/interaction
• Create test scripts and assist functional areas with testing
Requirements:
• Experience functioning as a business analyst for the following functional areas:
• Priority - Finance (budgeting/forecasting, financial reporting, financial consolidation and close) - Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) experience preferred
• Supply chain, specifically contract administration and supplier qualification
• Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM)
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills - possessing a willingness to empower as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders
