Our dream candidate is someone who is exceedingly passionate about coffee and creating incredible customer experiences. Though some coffee, food, and/or customer service experience is helpful it’s not everything we’re looking for. We’re more interested in understanding your prior experience and how it led you to coffee, your work ethics, the ability to learn quickly and work smart.
