Overview:
A successful Operations Coordinator shall be responsible for ensuring that business improvement goals are met and implemented properly. This includes coordinating efforts and assisting quality control and applicable IT solutions. They shall assist in education with regards to billing, as builts, redlines, QC, safety guidelines, etc. This role will require accurate and timely communication between field and corporate personnel. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of the telecommunications industry; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment/software; familiarity with telecommunications construction operations, and the functionality of each; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.
Essential Functions:

• the ability to grasp and understand business concepts and issues;
• excellent manual dexterity;
• the ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems;
• the ability to communicate with Company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed.
Responsibilities:
• Complete as well as ensure completion of tasks for assigned department/project.
• Schedule and determine priority of tasks for assigned department/project.
• Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned department/project.
• Read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project.
• Additional Duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Associates Degree in a related field or 2 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
• Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
