This Customer Service Representative position is based in the Owensboro, KY region and is a long-term contract to hire employment opportunity. Also, Remote Option!!!!
How you will make an impact:
- Provide exceptional customer service in a timely fashion
- Receive and place telephone calls
- Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications
- Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

- Solid understanding of Call Center Customer Service
- Answer telephone calls by providing exceptional customer service in a timely fashion
- Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Possess an achievement oriented, efficient attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
- Excellent problem-solving skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Solid understanding of navigating basic office equipment, computers, technology platforms and
protocols
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as: ACT, Illustrator, Highrise
and Insightly
