Physical Requirements
Repetitive motion with hands, standing for extended periods of time, high degree of mental concentration for an extended period of time, and occasional pushing/pulling of objects less than 50 lbs to arrange space to optimize communication.
Shift
Monday-Friday; 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
Job Summary
The Interpreter position will deliver high quality interpreting services to staff and consumers of the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation who are deaf, deaf/blind, and hard of hearing using American Sign Language. This person will also collaborate and establish relationships with organizations that serve people who are deaf, deaf/blind, and hard of hearing.
There is currently more than one position open for the ASL Interpreter. To be considered for each position, you must apply for each position. One application will not be considered for all positions.

Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in ASL – Interpreting + 2 years of experience.
