Seeking applicant for a part-time position. Responsibilities include performing in-home visits and case management services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Social Work, gerontology, psychology, sociology, or a field related to geriatrics, or Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing or Kentucky nursing license with two years’ experience in working with the population served. Reliable transportation required.
