Position Title: Digital Services Specialist
Supervision Received: Senior Operations Officer
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Job Summary: This position will provide customer service and administrative support our digital suite of products. This position is required to work Saturdays.
Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Perform excellent customer service on a daily basis
o Assists in successful operations of the bank’s digital products and services
o Knowledgeable in all commercial and consumer digital services offered by the bank including mobile banking, online banking, voice banking, online account opening, Integrated Teller Machine transactions, remote deposit capture, etc.
o Handle customer telephone inquiries and troubleshoot problems that may arise on a daily basis which relate to digital services.

Knowledge Required to Perform Essential Job Functions:
Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
Computers and Electronics — Knowledge of electronic equipment and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming
Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology

Education, Experience and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Clerical, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
Familiarity with Regulation E is preferred but not required

Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 75% of the work period while operating equipment such as computer keyboard, mouse, 10-key calculator, phone, and similar machines.
