Position Title: Fraud and Dispute Analyst
Supervision Received: Senior Operations Officer
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Job Summary: This position will conduct investigations and analysis of various transactions within the bank, including both in person and electronic transactions, as they relate to the monitoring and response to fraudulent activity and disputed transactions.
Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Daily Monitoring and detection of transactions for fraudulent activity.
o Assist locations with responding to customer inquiries on questionable transactions.
o Respond to disputed transactions
o Knowledgeable in all electronic services offered by the bank to assist with fraud prevention.
o Assist in establishing training and fraud prevention procedures for locations.
o Have a working knowledge of regulatory requirements related to fraud and dispute response.
o Work with law enforcement agencies in instances where legal action is necessary or when seeking restitution.

Knowledge Required to Perform Essential Job Functions:
Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
Computers and Electronics — Knowledge of electronic equipment and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming
Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology

Education, Experience and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Clerical, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
Familiarity with Regulation E is preferred but not required

Working Conditions:
Indoor, environmentally controlled. Usual office working conditions. The noise level in the work environment is typical of most office environments with telephones, personal interruptions, and background noises.
