Finish Room Technician FT
• Strips and reapplies booth coatings, removes and replaces various filter media, cleans exhaust vents and roof-top fans.
• Completes necessary paperwork and schedules to comply with customer requirements.
• Uses ladders and mechanical lifts to reach higher areas.
• Moves boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas.
• May also sweep walks or perform other seasonal tasks

Frantz Building Services offers entry-level to managerial positions in Kentucky, Indiana and Tennessee. We serve customers from the following locations - Owensboro, Bowling Green and Elizabethtown (KY), Evansville and Bloomington (IN), and Clarksville (TN).
