• The program evaluator will create a review process to evaluate the effectiveness of grant-funded programs by developing feedback methods, conducting user interviews and recording results for evaluation. The program evaluator will train program staff members to interview clients and record information. Responsible for data analysis and program planning to increase quality and user satisfaction. The evaluator is required to generate detailed reports for various stakeholders and consult with other data partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
+Master's degree in in business administration, public administration, research methods, statistics, behavioral health, public health, computer science/MIS, or a field appropriate to the area of specialization.
+Two or more years of relevant work experience in data analysis, performance monitoring, planning analysis, and quality improvement activities.
