We provide HERS Ratings (energy models & energy audits) to our builders' communities to promote better indoor air quality and comfort & lower utility bills -- we have provided HERS Ratings on over 1,700 homes to date. A HERS Rating is similar to a car's MPG sticker, except a lower HERS Score means that the home performs better and consumes less energy.
Quantum Raters is hiring a full-time, commission-based Sales position to better serve our community. This Sales position comes with a low base salary and is very commission driven -- If you meet company sales goals you can earn over $100,000! Commissions are tied directly to revenue you close, and most of Quantum’s revenue is recurring, meaning you have an amazing opportunity to earn recurring commissions with Quantum!
We are looking for a self-starting, results-driven salesperson to expand both our service area and our growing productized service line. We will provide you with both sales and field training to help you understand the industry and your position so you can succeed. As Quantum grows into more states and markets, we will hire more Sales positions with career paths to branch out into Marketing or Sales Management positions!
So what tasks is the Sales position accountable for? Here are the 5 main roles the Sales position will fill:
• Prospecting -- handling all outbound calls, incoming calls, and followup, followup, followup
• Sales Process -- take our prospects through our Sales Funnel from Lead to Client
• Relationship Management -- manage relationships with long-term clients (such as builders) and referral partners (such as REALTORs)
• CRM Process -- manage and operate our Customer Relationship Management software
• Training -- Quantum is responsible for providing you with both sales and field training, and you are responsible for completing each level of training (which never ends!)
