JOB DESCRIPTION
A TOP General Contracor is looking to add a Superintendent to join their rapidly growing team. This company develops a wide range of projects, seeking a qualified individual with projects over $10M. Focusing on client relationship building they pride themselves on repeat business and developing long lasting relationships with their clients throughout the greater Idaho market.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• 3+ years of experience in construction
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry and the quality standards
• Ability to read and understand plans, specifications and scope of work is required
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines
• Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
• Extensive people skills
