Starting salary: $54,236.00 annually. Will ensure that client family service delivery reflects the mission and vision of the Family Preservation, Family Reunification, FACTS, TANF, and Diversion programs and is in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Will promote continuous improvement of efficiency and effectiveness resulting in quality services to families. Responsibilities include overall supervision of program staff in the seven county Green River Region. Will review reports, papers, and records prepared by program personnel for clarity, completeness, accuracy, and conformance with agency and program policies. This project is funded under a contract with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services with state and federal funds.
A Master's degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy, two years of related management experience, and license to practice clinical discipline by the state of Kentucky is required.
