Sales Representative / Business Developer (for Digital Market)

Major Responsibilities:
⇒ Work remotely, managing your time and being productive to bring awesome results;
⇒ Open market and be capable to work and explore new business opportunities at specific States (California, Florida and New York, etc);
⇒ Prospect new Clients (B2B prospects) from diverse segments;
⇒ Increase our Companies/Clients portfolio strengthening our digital business;
⇒ Attend to business meetings (initially by phone calls or hangouts), demonstrating the benefits and differentiators of our services;
⇒ Know and keep our portfolio up to date;
⇒ Achieve the expected results in business associations;
⇒ Establish strong commercial relationships, identifying new opportunities for business partnerships;
⇒ Effect analysis of market territory, develop and implement strategies and action plans to increase our business;
⇒ Participate in weekly meetings (sprints) to show results and business follow up.
Qualifications/Requirements:
⇒ At least 2-3 years of experience in business development/sales in the Digital Market (insurance, banks, mobile, VOIP, loyalty, etc);
⇒ Skills in selling, negotiation and presentation of business proposals.
Soft skills:
⇒ Excellent written and verbal communication;
⇒ Be resilient to pursue business goals;
⇒ Be capable to influence;
⇒ Self-management driven;
⇒ Excellent interpersonal skills.
Payment:
⇒ Aggressive commission only (by success fee), increasing values depending on the new commercial proposals.
