The Form Designer will create custom, dynamically generated, data-driven documents using software similar to Crystal Reports. He/she will make sure that new customers are implemented on the Sell Platform by having a custom branded proposal document or set of proposal documents with the functionality and visual elements needed to present proposals to the end user. He/she will need to understand customer requirements and translate them into quote or proposal document using Sell’s design tools.
Responsibilities / Essential Duties:
• Convert existing customer Word/Excel/PowerPoint/PDF documents into clean professional, looking Sell Proposals
• Build templates in Sell to pre-fill content and pricing for customers
• Organize content into manageable and maintainable templates
• Find and create the best solution to the functionality and workflow challenges presented by existing customer documents and processes
• Work with the Business Consultant to scope and deliver customer projects
• Ensure that consistent branding and functionality is maintained across all customer documents and Order Porter page
• Use rules based logic engine that controls the flow and layout – daily
• Use of script engine with C# - more sophisticated forms
• Collaborate with implementation team and development team to ensure adoption of the software
• Other duties may be assigned as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows 7 and in Microsoft Office 2010; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
• Typing skills required

Education / Previous Experience:
• Experience with Crystal Reports, SSRS or other Report Generator software design experience is needed.
• Design and image manipulation software experience with Photoshop, Gimp, or Illustrator is useful.
• Experience with CRM applications such as SalesForce, Dynamics CRM, NetSuite, Sage, SaaS and web deployed applications helpful.
• Some college required (2 years)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
